I’ve had companies online for 15 years now, and something I struggled with was understanding what everyone was doing. We started it based on a personal pain point. Dave Nevogt, Hubstaff founder, talked recently about the experiences of running remote teams which led him, and Jared Brown to set up Hubstaff: Like so many successful businesses, Hubstaff grew from a personal pain point.
